Installation in Andalusia of a 500 kg/h line for the processing of legumes (chickpeas and others), corn, and rice
Technopast adapted to the customer’s requirements, who wanted to install this line in a specific area of their facilities and within a limited space. A mezzanine floor was built according to our recommendations, and we designed a flow diagram to arrange the different machines across the two levels in order to ensure rational and efficient operation of the line:
• On the upper level, the 4-pass roller mill, micronizer, separator, plansifter, silos, and filter were installed.
• On the lower level, the electrical control cabinet with its touchscreen interface, the loading hopper, the waste recovery system, and the packaging machines for bagging the finished product were installed.
We worked in close collaboration with the architect and the platform construction company to ensure that the structure was built taking into account the significant weight of the machinery (the 4-pass roller mill alone weighs 6 tons...) while also meeting constraints such as the positioning of the various openings in the concrete slab to allow all the stainless-steel piping to pass between the upper and lower levels.
Everything went perfectly according to the specifications, and after training the operators, our technicians left the site, leaving the line fully operational in the hands of the operators.
