We first establish a telephone or videoconference diagnosis.
When necessary, a local electromechanic technician is sent as soon as possible to replace parts or to establish a more in-depth diagnosis.
All replacement parts are sent by express courier within 24 to 48 hours.
For industrial lines, we provide remote monitoring by computer means, in order to detect the causes of malfunctions.
