We are able to carry out a remote diagnosis by telephone or videoconference, with the assistance of your operator. When necessary, a local electromechanical technician designated by Technopast or by the Buyer will be sent on site to restore operation or, where applicable, to perform a more in-depth diagnosis. Any defective part is immediately dispatched by express courier.
