Stone-mill mills

They operate by friction and crushing. These traditional mills produce less refined artisanal flours. Lower production capacity, with a particle size ranging from type 80 to wholemeal flours.
They are quite versatile and can process all kinds of cereals, as well as pulses

Roller Mills

Roller mills operate using pressure and shearing to crush grain gradually without overheating. The process involves successive stages of cracking, sieving, and refining to precisely separate flour from bran, ensuring a smooth texture and perfect particle size control. This versatile technology offers great flexibility, making it possible to produce everything from artisanal semi-wholewheat flours to highly refined products using various cereals and legumes. Highly efficient and fast, they are designed for semi-industrial and industrial use, with capacities ranging from 400 kg/h to over 100 t/day.
