The TECH-R30 table-top automatic ravioli machine is designed as a high-capacity machine. It is equipped with a device for adjusting the quantity of filling inside the ravioli and offers 8 different ravioli formats: classic square or rectangular ravioli, half-moon ravioli, triangular ravioli...

All parts in contact with the dough or the filling for ravioli are removable for easy perfect cleaning.

Thanks to its compactness, it fits easily on any worktop, but you can also set it on a trolley on castors with plate to move it and to store all the accessories: ravioli moulds, filling containers, etc.

Moulds are easily interchangeable: 8 ravioli shapes to choose
