DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESS:

Pasteurization is produced by the passage of products through a steam room for a variable period according to the shape and size.

DESCRIPTION TECHNIQUE

Structure and belts made in stainless steel. The machine doesn’t require any kind of scheduled maintenance.

COMPOSITION:

  • 1 saturated steam treatment room
  • 1 burner gas provided with safety devices and setting valves
  • 1 transport belt in stainless steel, mounted on self-lubricating bearings racks
  • 1 the drying area is composed by fans producing forced air and by high temperature resistors
  • 1 moto-potentiometer unit to set the speed of pasteurization
  • 1 hood and a vacuum cleaner for the extraction of steam
  • 1 electric control panel with international security standards.
