Vibrating pre-dryer, also called Trabatto.

Machine placed at the exit of the extruder (or laminator, ravioliator etc.), to carry out surface drying. This action reduces the drying time of products intended for complete drying (in static drying cells or in drying tunnels), prevents them from sticking together thanks to the vibrations, preserves their colour and transparency, and stabilises them, thus avoiding any risk of brittleness.
