COMBINED MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PASTA AND RAVIOLI
Combined semi-automatic machine, composed of a semi-automatic mill for the production of the dough sheet, for provide the raviolatrice and the tagliatelle cutter or lasagna.
Principle of operation:
Cornmeal/flour, egg and water mixture is kneaded in the kneading vat, then it is switched to the rolling mill cylinders and the operator passes the kneaded dough between the cylinders of the mill, until he gets the desired texture.
This sheet of rolled dough or sheet, is then used for the ravioli machine, after having been wrapped in rolls on the spindles installed on each side of the mould of ravioli. The same sheets will also be used to provide the tagliatelle cutter (adjustable width).
