The pasta extruder TECH-S60, is equipped with two vats, the first one to knead the dough and the second one to produce pasta. These two vats ensure a continuous pasta production, whether in fresh pasta or dried pasta, when the machine is associated with static dryers.
The TECH-S60, takes advantage from the latest researches in the field of pasta production, including health and safety, as well as the quality of the final product.
This extruder suits particularly to medium-sized production units that make all kinds of fresh or dry pasta Optionally, it can be equipped with a vacuum pasta extrusion vat, which improves perceptibly the taste and appearance of pasta. Besides, the cutting timer option, offers an accurate cutting of long pasta.

- 2 vats: 1 vat for kneading + 1 vat for extrusion of pasta
- Capacity of vats: Kneading 16kg / Extrusion 20 kg (semolina + liquid)
