The TECH-30 is a medium-capacity extruder for small pasta production units. It is able to manufacture all types of pasta, long and short. It is particularly suitable for the production of fresh pasta.
It can also be used to power a static dryer of 100kg, which it will fill in a little more than 3h. This loading time of the dryer corresponds to the optimum criteria, because the humidity level will be relatively homogeneous, between the first pastes produced and the last outlets.
