PASTA EXTRUDER FOR SHORT OR LONG PASTA TECH-17
The pasta extruder TECH-17, is designed for the small and medium-sized manufacturing units, laboratories or restaurants. It is entirely stainless steel built and all the elements that are in contact with the dough, during the kneading or the extrusion, are very easy to remove for cleaning and to allow full access to the vat, the compartment of the endless screw, the compartment of the kneading arm and the orifice for extrusion.
It is provided with a pre-drying fan, allowing a slight surface drying, to pack the pasta under modified atmosphere and to avoid the risk of condensation. It is equipped with various safety devices, in order to protect the operators of all risks of personal injury.
